Here are a few swimming pool workouts that are proven to trim your body down more effectively.
The K-Tread – To do it, you’d have to go to the pool’s deep end. Once there, you have to tread water by making small circles with cupped hands, then lift your right leg straight in front of you, keeping it at hip level. The toes on your left leg should touch the bottom of the pool, and you must hold the position for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, repeat for the other leg. This workout is perfect for toned buttocks, arms, legs, and abs.
